Terms of service

The rules every buyer and seller agrees to.

1. What Bazaar74 is

Bazaar74 is an independent marketplace and middleman for characters on the Miracle74 game server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Miracle74 or its staff. The buyer pays Bazaar74; staff move the character to the buyer's Miracle74 account with a Character Account Transfer, and then pay the seller.

2. Accounts

  • You need a Bazaar74 account with a confirmed email address to buy or sell. You can sign in with an email and password, or with Google.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • One person, one account. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

3. Selling

  • You may only list characters from level 8 up that you own and are entitled to sell.
  • The character's account must have its recovery key and at least 350 points available, which is what a Character Account Transfer costs. You give us the account's login and recovery key, and keep the points on the account until it sells.
  • The details you give (name, vocation, level, screenshot, highlights) must be true. Staff check every listing before it goes live and may refuse or remove any listing.
  • Nothing on the account is changed until the character is sold. After the sale, staff use the login, the recovery key and 350 points from the account to transfer the character to the buyer.
  • Listings stay up for 30 days. Unsold listings are removed automatically, and the login and recovery key are deleted.
  • Once your character is sold, you must not log in, change anything or prevent the transfer until it's done. Afterwards, we recommend changing the account's password and recovery key.
  • If the transfer fails because the recovery key doesn't match or the account lacks the points, the sale is cancelled and you aren't paid.
  • No contact details in listings or screenshots. Every sale goes through Bazaar74.

4. Buying

  • You pay the listed price plus the network fee with USDC from your own wallet (MetaMask) and enter the email of your own Miracle74 account. The character is transferred to the account with that email. You're responsible for entering it correctly.
  • You don't receive the seller's login and don't have to do anything. Staff make the transfer and email you when the character is on your account.

5. The transfer and the seller's payout

  • Staff first test the seller's recovery key, then make the Character Account Transfer to the buyer's account.
  • When the character is on the buyer's account, the trade is complete. The seller is paid the price minus our fee, in USDC, to the wallet given in the listing, the same day.
  • Check your wallet address and network. A payment sent to the address and network you gave us can't be reversed.

6. Refunds

  • If the transfer can't be done, for any reason, the sale is cancelled and the full price is sent back to the wallet the buyer paid from, the same day. The network fee paid at checkout covers that transfer.
  • If no Miracle74 account has the email the buyer entered, we first contact the buyer to correct it.
  • Once the character is on the buyer's account, the trade is complete and there is no refund.

7. Fees

  • Listing is free. When a character sells, Bazaar74 keeps 10% of the price. The fee pays for maintaining the website and keeping the service running.
  • The Character Account Transfer costs 350 points, which come from the seller's account.
  • Buyers pay no fee to Bazaar74. They pay the Ethereum network fee, a few cents, added to the price and shown before paying: for sending their payment and the seller's.

8. Payments

  • You pay for each character when you buy it, in USDC from your own wallet (MetaMask): you sign a transfer of the price plus the network fee to Bazaar74. There's no balance to fill.
  • The character is reserved for you when you sign, and the order is placed once the network confirms it. From then on, the payment is only returned as section 6 describes.
  • USDC sent to Bazaar74 any other way than the Pay with MetaMask button isn't matched to an order. Staff sort it out with you through support.
  • Sellers receive their payouts in USDC to their own wallet.

9. Reviews

The buyer and the seller of a completed trade can review it through the link we email them. Reviews show the character's name, vocation and level. We may refuse or hide reviews with insults, contact details or false content.

10. The game server's rules

Miracle74 has its own rules, which we don't control. Don't advertise trades in the game. We aren't responsible for actions Miracle74 takes against characters or accounts.

11. Liability and changes

We provide Bazaar74 as it is and do our best to keep it running and safe. Our responsibility for any trade is limited to the amount paid for it. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to trades made while it is published.
