Privacy policy

We keep only what a trade needs, protect it, and delete it when it's no longer needed.

What we store

  • Your Bazaar74 account: email address, password (as a one-way hash) or the link to your Google account, language and the history of your trades.
  • Listings: the character's name, vocation, level, price, highlights and the screenshot you upload, plus the USDC wallet you want to be paid to.
  • Game account logins, recovery keys and WhatsApp numbers: encrypted the moment you submit them. Only staff can read them, and every time they do it is logged.
  • Purchases: the email of the Miracle74 account that receives the character.
  • Payments and refunds: the amount, reference and status of each payment, the wallet it came from, and the wallet and network we send a refund to.
  • Reviews: the stars and text you write.
  • Support emails: the emails you send to support@bazaar74.com, with their attachments, and our replies.
  • Technical data: IP addresses in security logs and the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms.

Payments

Payments are made from your own wallet. We store the wallet address a payment came from, the network and the transaction hash. To check your wallet's USDC and payments we ask public network nodes, which see your wallet's address and nothing else about you. As with any crypto payment, the transaction itself is visible on the blockchain.

Why

To run the marketplace: check listings, transfer characters to buyers, pay sellers, send refunds, prevent fraud, and contact you about your trades. We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long

  • Game logins, recovery keys and WhatsApp numbers are deleted when the transfer is done, when the sale is cancelled, or when the listing is removed, rejected or ends after 30 days.
  • Trade and payment records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep bookkeeping. Support emails are kept with them.
  • You can ask us to delete your account at any time, unless a trade is still open.

Who sees what

  • Buyers see the listing and, after paying, the character's name. They never receive the seller's login.
  • Sellers never see the buyer's details; staff make the transfer.
  • Published reviews show the character's name, vocation and level, never your email.
  • Emails are sent through our email provider, payments are checked on public network nodes, and signing in with Google goes through Google. Nothing else is shared.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or have it corrected or deleted. Write to support@bazaar74.com.
